(U) On April 9 we met with Juan Salas, UNSC Desk and Carlos
Cordero Madrigal, Director of Disarmament and Terrorism, both
of the Foreign Policy Division of the MFA to convey reftel
request.
(C) Both Salas and Cordero indicated that the GOCR is fully
aware of the travel-related obligations under these
resolutions and they are well versed on them. They indicated
that the GOCR exercises proper vigilance regarding the travel
ban.
