1. Post delivered reftel demarche via diplomatic note on
February 27. The Shoura Council replied on behalf of the MFA
to PolOff on March 3. According to Mohamed Dibaji, a
consultant to the Shoura Council, the Assistant Head of the
Shoura Council will lead a delegation to the Arab
Inter-Parliamentary Union (AIPU) Meeting in Erbil. He will
be accompanied by two general members of the Shoura Council
and two members of the Shoura Council who are also permanent
members of the AIPU.
