(SBU) Post delivered reftel talking points to Foreign and
Commonwealth Office (FCO) OECD desk officer, Natalie Golding, on
March 18, 2008. The UK agrees with the U.S. position. Golding said
the UK is keen on continued PRC participation in the OECD, but finds
this MOU unacceptable.
