1. (SBU) On February 1, Polecoff delivered reftel points to
Veikko Kala of the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs'
International Organizations and Regional Cooperation
Division. Kala responded that the Government of Estonia
(GOE) will participate in the 2008 United Nations Global
Initiative to Fight Global Trafficking (UN.GIFT) Vienna
Forum. The GOE delegation will include: H.E. Mrs. Katrin
Saarsula-Layachi, Ambassador, Permanent Representative of
the Republic of Estonia to the United Nations and other
International Organizations in Vienna, Ms. \lle Raig,
Counselor, Criminal Policies Department of the Ministry of
Justice of the Republic of Estonia and Mrs. Ulla Uibo,
Counselor, Alternate to the Permanent Representative of the
Republic of Estonia to the United Nations and other
International Organizations in Vienna.
