1. The text of the U.S.-Kenya Partnership Presentation was first
reported via reftel in January 2007. It is repeated below for your
information. In preparing the Secretary for her trip to Nairobi on
Monday, the presentation serves as a reminder that, the current
political crisis notwithstanding, the U.S.-Kenya relationship is both
wide and deep.

between the United States of America and the Republic of Kenya.
