Lorena Larios Rodriguez, Deputy Director of the Foreign
Ministry's (SRE) Office of International Policy on Human
Rights told PolOff February 8 that she and Ambassador
Augustin Garcia-Lopez Loaeza, Mexico's Permanent
Representative to the OECD, would represent Mexico at the
2/13 PDG meeting in Paris. Larios further said Mexico was
prepared to meet informally the morning of 2/13 to discuss
Chile's candidacy as PDG Vice-Chair. Post recommends USOECD
contact Mexico's Mission to the OECD regarding the
particulars for the 2/13 AM meeting.
