SUBJECT: NICARAGUA: HUMAN RIGHTS UNIT VETTING REQUEST FOR U.S.-SPONSORED TRAINING: USMLGP, PKO TRAINING COURSE
1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following unit, which has been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.
