1. (SBU) On February 5 we delivered reftel demarche to
Alejandro Solano-Ortiz, Alternate Director General of the
Foreign Policy Department of the MFA.
2. (SBU) Solano-Ortiz indicated the GOCR fully supports the
legitimate government of Prime Minister Siniora in Lebanon
and will issue statements of support when opportunity arises
in the proper forum.
