1. Per reftel request, Post provides the following comments
about the AfricaInvest Funds II proposal. Tuninvest enjoys a
strong reputation in Tunisia and is considered one of the
leading private equity firms. Other Tunisian equity funds
cite Tuninvest as their model for structure and management.
Post is not aware of any allegations of corruption, legal
violations or financial mismanagement. Post has no
objections to the proposed OPIC-supported investment fund.
