(U) We delivered points to the GOE and Arab League per
reftel; both will participate at the ministerial level at the
Paris Donors Conference of December 17. Per reftel request,
the Egyptians and Arab League have provided us with the
following information on their respective delegations:
-- Egyptian delegation: Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit;
Ambassador to France Nasser Kamel; Cabinet Advisors Hosam
Zaki and Ahmed Hafez; MFA Director of Palestinian Affairs
Badr Abdelatty; and Counselor for Policy Planning Hanan
el-Husseini.
-- Arab League delegation: Secretary General Amre Moussa;
Ambassador to France Nazif Hitti; Chief of Staff Hisham
Yousef; Deputy Chief of Staff Talal Amin.
