(U) Pol/Econ Chief presented demarche to Lao MFA
International Organizations Department Acting Director
General Saleumxay Kommasith. He said that MFA would take our
demarche into consideration and noted the contributions the
U.S. experience could have for this newly-established
committee. Saleumxay mentioned that MFA/IO had received no
other demarches regarding this position.
