1. Ecoff delivered demarche to the MFA Director of
International Organizations, Ruben Vidaurre on October 30.
He was unaware of the upcoming election to the UN Independent
Audit Advisory Committee (IAAC). Vidaurre said that he would
bring David Walker's candidacy to the attention of Bolivia's
delegation at the UN, but could not guarantee support for the
U.S. candidate.
