1. (SBU) PolEconOff delivered reftel points August 28 to Inga
Marcinkevica, Head of the Export Control and Strategic Goods
Division at the MFA. Marcinkevica responded August 30 that
the GOL is very interested in the September 26 Open-Ended
Technical Seminar on UNSCR 1737 Implementation that will take
place in Vienna. She stated that Girts Krumins, Deputy Head
of Strategic Goods Export Control Division at the MFA, will
represent the GOL at the seminar.
