Esquivel Cordero, Secretariat of Foreign Relations (SRE) Head
of the Department of Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela. Ms.
Esquivel did not offer a substantive response, but said she

Director General for Latin America and the Caribbean, and
noted that SRE looks forward to receiving a formal invitation
to participate in the meeting.
