(U) Charge and A/DCM met with Mr. Saleumxay Kommasith,
Acting Director General, Department of International
Organizations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), to deliver
referenced demarche on July 25. Saleumxay said his
Department was currently preparing the Lao delegation list,
and he mentioned that expected that Deputy Prime
Minister/Foreign Minister Dr. Thongloun Sisoulith was the
likely delegation leader.
