(SBU) On July 30, we delivered Ref A points to Veikko
Kala, MFA UN Desk Officer, on Mrs. Bush?s Literacy and
Health event of September 24 in New York City. Kala
informed us that Mrs. Evelin Ilves, wife of President
Toomas Hendrik Ilves, will accompany her husband to the
62nd United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) and is
available to attend the Literacy and Health event. The
President and Mrs. Ilves plan to be in the U.S. from
September 20-26 (Ref B).
