2. Embassy reports that, as of this date, the Department of State
has no credible information regarding gross abuse of human rights on
the part of Yunana Ayuba Dickson, Agboola David Olushogo, Chana
Dauda Ibrahim, and Mohammed Lawan, who have been nominated for ILEA
training from August 13-19, 2007, respectively. They will arrive in
Gaborone from Johannesburg on August 11, 2007 at 10:30am on South
African Airways flight number SA 1763. Participants will depart to
Johannesburg on August 2, 2007 at 11:00am on South African Airways
Flight number SA 1794.
3. Economy fare from Lagos to Gaborone and return per participant
is $1604. Each participant will receive a stipend of $30; Local
airfare travel for each Participant is $232. $60 per participant as
lodging cost in Lagos.
4. Medical Clearance: All participants have obtained medical
clearance.
