Economic officer delivered talking points contained reftel to
Sam Schreiner of the MFA Economics Directorate. Schreiner
reported that all internal Luxembourg decision making
procedures are on track to enable Luxembourg to sign the
agreement at the COREPER meeting the week of 23 April.
Schreiner also confirmed that Luxembourg's Permanent
Representative to the EU, Martine Schommer, will sign on
behalf of Luxembourg in the COREPR.
