1. (U) We delivered reftel points and printed proposals to
Jitvipa Benjasil, First Secretary in the ASEAN Secreariat of
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on March 23. Jitvipa said
that they would take the initiatives under consideration and
discuss them with other ASEAN colleagues. No further
substantive response offered.
