(U) We delivered reftel demarche to Kirke Kraav, Director
of the International Organizations and Regional Cooperation
Division in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Director
Kraav stated that the GOE recognizes the importance of a
consensus on UN Scale Methodology and takes into account
the United State's position on this issue during its
deliberations. Director Kraav stated that GOE discussions
on this issue are on going with EU colleagues in New York.
