SUBJECT: SOUTH AFRICAN HUMAN RIGHTS CERTIFICATION AND
VETTING REQUEST FOR DECEMBER 1-10 TRAINING
1. Embassy Pretoria has checked its files and finds no
credible information regarding gross human rights abuses by
any of the officers of the South African Air Force's 28th
Squadron:
