1. (U) This is an action request; see action in para 2.
2. (U) In a meeting with DAO July 8, Czech MOD Director of
Security Policy Zdenek Borkovec expressed the GOCR,s great
appreciation for the $6 million in Coalition Solidarity Funds
(CSF). He indicated the GOCR had not changed any of its
priorities, and requested ODC treat the original items listed
(refs) as its final request. ODC Prague requests guidance on
the appropriate mechanism for CSF procurement and is awaiting
instructions.
