information on proposed Cairo Prepcom meeting, on May 23 to
Walid Obeidat in the Foreign Minister's private office.
Obeidat said that Foreign Minister Qasrawi was tentatively
planning on traveling to Brussels for the conference, but
that a firm decision on his participation had not yet been
made.
