1. Per REFTEL, AmEmbassy Madrid takes this opportunity to
certify that according to 12 FAH-1, H-024, the Mission
Emergency Action Plan has received it's annual review. In
fact, the RSO office maintains an on-going update program
review of the EAP and when appropriate, forwards any relevent
updated information to DS/SPP/EP. In addition, RSO is
preparing a two-hour Mission-wide EAP mini-seminar, scheduled
to be given early 2005.
2. Also, as per original instructional cable STATE 132749,
the post-specific tripwires and derivative actions to be
taken will be published on-line at
http://poems.state.sgov.gov./tripwire once access
registration for the Tripwire contact at post is allowed.
All Tripwire data is ready to be input. Post directs and
authorizes the following individual as the Tripwire contact
and his request for logon has been submitted:
