1. (U) Acting PolCouns delivered the draft June 4 UNSCR on

Iraq and related talking points per ref a on June 7 to

Basheer Zoubi, Deputy Director of the Foreign Minister's

Private Office. Zoubi said that he was pleased with the

latest changes and hoped that the Security Council would be

able to unanimously adopt a resolution on Iraq shortly.
