POLITICAL, SECURITY, HUMAN RIGHTS
Ozgur Gundem, Evrensel / The Agri Governorate proposed that only
villagers with approved passes go up to the Buyuk Agri and Kucuk
Agri mountains.
Cumhuriyet / Two people died and four were lost during the flood
in Antakya. The Antakya Governor warned residents not to drink
tap water until further notice.
Zaman / The Ministry of Agriculture announced that the
land-mined area along Syrian-Turkish Border will be used to grow
organic tomatoes and cucumbers.
ECONOMIC
Zaman, Turkiye / A team of 24 Italian businessmen visited Adana
to develop economic relations with the Adana business community.
The group visited the Adana Chamber of Commerce.
CULTURE and TOURISM
Vakit / Gaziantep Museum, closed for over 10 weeks, reopened.
