SUBJECT: Colombo Plan: Mission concurs with revisions
to Letter of Agreement amendment

Per Ref A, Mission concurs with the revised wording for
the amendment to the Letter of Agreement with the
Colombo Plan. The amendment, which provides the Colombo
Plan Drug Advisory Program with USD 110,000, will fund
two regional narcotics officer training courses to be
conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice's Drug
Enforcement Agency.
