1. Ambassador contacted His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed
Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on October 16, 2003, while he was attending
the Summit of the Organization of the Islamic Conference in
Kuala Lumpur. Per the Prime Minister's request, Ambassador
faxed reference message to him at the conference.
