Per Ref (A), Charge Entwistle and Secretary General of
the Colombo Plan Kittipan Kanjanapipatkul signed an
amendment to the Colombo Plan funding agreement for the
allotment of USD 420,000 to the Drug Advisory Program on
July 30. The amendment provides funding for drug abuse
and demand reduction programs (detailed in Ref B). The
signed amendment has been forwarded to INL/RM by
registered pouch number 8026428.
