NETBALL: Harper to captain NZ Under-21s

International Adine Harper will lead the New Zealand Under-21 team in its quest for the World Youth Cup in Wales this July.
The 12-strong team was confirmed today following a final training camp in Dunedin over the weekend.
All players have played in the Coca-Cola Cup this season and three players have forced their way into the side following strong playing and training camp form.
They are Cometz goal attack Jodi Whitmore, Rebels utility Angelina Yates (who toured England with the team last October) and Flames midcourter Maree Grubb.
The full team is: Adine Harper (captain - Otago Rebels), Jodi Te Huna (vice-captain - Capital Shakers), Daneka Wipiiti (Western Flyers), Jodi Whitmore (CMTV Cometz), Angelina Yates (Otago Rebels), Jenna Swan (Otago Rebels), Maree Grubb (Canterbury Flames), Tara Pate (Otago Rebels), Allison Toi (CMTV Cometz), Jolene Henry (Western Flyers), Jennifer Ferguson (Otago Rebels), Rachel Rasmussen (Auckland Diamonds).
The team, minus Harper who will be on duty with the Vodafone Silver Ferns, will also play in the upcoming Fisher & Paykel Series, with matches against Team Pasifika and the World 7.
A major sponsor for the team will be announced in the next fortnight.
