Leading NZ Software Developer Introduces Innovative Job Tracking Package To Boost SMEs’ Profits
Software Associates Limited, one of the country’s fastest growing information technology specialists, will launch Job Pro, its innovative job scheduling, tracking and invoicing tool on 1st February, 2008.
A sister company, JobPro Systems Limited, has been set up purely to manage and operate the new venture. Aimed at small to medium businesses in the service industry the software is designed to help business owners boost their income by keeping better track of job progress and billable hours.
‘This is a significant development, both for Software Associates and the service industry in general,’ says JobPro project manager Chris Main. ‘Many small businesses, especially in the service sector, are not as profitable as they could be due to lost dockets, a lack of standardised billing and the huge amount of paperwork they have to sift through for relatively little gain.
‘JobPro erases these problems and enables business owners to schedule, track and then bill their work. The software can be installed on anything from a PDA to a desktop computer, meaning that business owners have access to the information wherever they are. The time saved leads to increased productivity, which in turn leads to a significant lift in profitability.’
The software starts at only $5,000 and can be configured for individual business specifications and is compatible with accounting software package, MYOB, as well as most other commonly available packages .
JobPro will be available via a nationwide network of resellers who will provide end-to-end services from consultation and site surveys through to installation, training, field support and telephone support.
