The Survey Company rated as top New Technology for Marketers by NZ Marketing Magazine.
In the August 2004 issue of "NZ Marketing" Magazine (pg39) Wellington based The Survey Company: Flexi online surveying product is profiled as a breakthrough new technology for marketers. The article also profiles other emerging products coming to the aid of Kiwi marketers like Vodafone's Blueberry.
Because Flexi eliminates the need for paper survey forms, postage and envelope stuffing costs it is becoming more popular for market research and customer satisfaction by making it more accessible, faster and cheaper for marketers.
As the article points out: "With Flexi it is possible for the customer to get an immediate response from a representative. A similar request in a paper-based survey could take days, if not weeks, to elicit a response."
