Tab. 2: Top 20 by Car Brands Worldwide
The brand websites of the car manufacturers in the USA are the best of the major car manufacturing countries like Japan, Germany or France. The US websites are leading in the area of interactivity like communication to the customer. With integration of the dealership they sale cars direct with the Internet. This sales networking is missing in other countries. In this area the US websites are the world benchmark.
