Political Party's International Election Campaign Opening To Be Streamed Live Via Internet
AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND. Livemedia Limited will today deliver a live feed of the ACT New Zealand’s International Campaign Opening via the Internet.
"I believe this is the first time a political party in New Zealand has lived streamed a campaign opening which can be viewed not only in New Zealand but around the world" said David Buckingham, Director of Livemedia.
Livemedia Limited has been contracted to provide a range of Internet video services to ACT New Zealand.
"We are excited to be helping provide technology services to a political party that has embraced of e-politics" said Mr Buckingham.
Registered New Zealand voters not only resident here but around the world will also be able to watch the opening in their own time, on-demand via the Livemedia service in both English and Chinese.
"The Internet is breaking down the barriers of communication. Streaming video is becoming a mainstream communications tool not only in the area of e-politics but available to anyone who wishes to communicate with a geographically diverse audience.
