Appointment Strengthens CommSoft Board
Auckland, 6 November 2001 – CommSoft Group Limited (ASX/NZSE: CSG) today announced that it has appointed Anthony Howard
to the Board as a non-executive Director.
Mr Howard has established himself as one of New Zealand's most successful technology sector CEOs and has held
directorships in public and privately held companies. He began his career with NCR, moved to Wang New Zealand (now
gen-i) where he became Chief Executive and handled the transformation of Wang from a product company into a very
successful standalone services and systems integration company that listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange in 1993. In
1997 he was appointed CEO of Blue Star Business Solutions, pulling together and rationalising eight disparate technology
companies. Mr Howard also acted as a director of Blue Star Business Solutions, and has had numerous directorships in the
technology sector.
