PeopleSoft To Introduce Next Generation Of Customer Relationship Management
eBusiness Leader Will Unveil First Pure Internet CRM Solution
Auckland, 8th May 2001 – On June 4th in Las Vegas, NV, PeopleSoft Inc. (Nasdaq: PSFT) will introduce the next generation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software — PeopleSoft 8 CRM.
PeopleSoft will be the first enterprise software company to deliver a pure internet CRM solution. This release represents a new generation technology for CRM software. PeopleSoft 8 CRM is the only CRM solution with no code on the client. As a result, customers will immediately benefit from easy, intuitive access, driving user acceptance up and training costs down. Customers will also experience dramatically lower administration costs over first generation client server solutions.
PeopleSoft 8 CRM will also include many industry-first capabilities never before found in any other CRM solution.
The unveiling of PeopleSoft 8 CRM will take place during PeopleSoft’s Leadership Summit from June 4th-5th in Las Vegas, NV. Highlights of this executive event include keynote presentations by Madeleine Albright, industry luminary Patricia Seybold, and PeopleSoft CEO Craig Conway. The event will also feature demonstrations of PeopleSoft’s new pure internet CRM solution, which is generally available to customers immediately in June.
