Computer Forensics NZ Limited (CFNZ) has announced a new service for companies that have had important files deleted or corrupted due to a virus attack.
Announcing the new service, contactable anytime on 0800 FIX VIRUS, CFNZ Managing Director Brian Eardley-Wilmot said that his company had geared up to provide a quick-reaction data recovery service to affected corporations.
He stated that in many cases unskilled attempts to recover from a virus attack simply made the problem worse and far moredifficult.
It is important that companies know that there is now an ambulance at the bottom of the cliff he said.
“All the IT manager or business owner has to do is immediately turn the affected PC off and call 0800 FIX VIRUS.”
It is understood that this new service is the first of its kind ever to be offered in New Zealand.
Computer Forensics NZ Ltd is New Zealand’s only commercial dedicated to PC data recovery and can be found at www.datarecovery.co.nz.
