strengths of the three consistently high performing companies and their world class business partners.
"Infinity Solutions is an example of the whole being even greater than the sum of the parts. We are looking forward to
the opportunities Infinity Solutions will create for further growth and development for the whole group, as well as for
Infinity Solutions itself."
Mr McCaw says Infinity Solutions intends to build on the capabilities of the three companies, which share substantial
marketplace credibility and strong cashflows.
"Our commitment is to be the partner of choice for organisations who want to become more efficient, put more focus on
their core business, and develop a more competitive edge," he says.
Infinity Solutions offers world class systems and applications, either customised or created from scratch to meet
customers' requirements. Through its service offering to both established and growing businesses, Infinity Solutions
aims to extend its existing base of around 1,000 clients, which encompasses a wide range of public and private sector
organisations. "New Zealand spends more per capita on IT services and products than much larger countries. As Infinity
Solutions we are going to harness the electronic intelligence available to take on this industry and deliver real value
to our customers," says Mr McCaw.
"Our role is to provide, along with the best services, products and systems available, the energy, intellect and
innovation that will enable businesses to achieve peak performance."
