Andrew Collins to lead gen-i e-Procurement Group
AUCKLAND, Friday November 17, 2000 – With the recent growth and focus towards procurement and asset management, Internet
Integrator, gen-i limited is moving to push traditional product delivery boundaries for clients and develop full
life-cycle management of their IT infrastructure. The promotion of Andrew Collins to the new position of Procurement
Manager to control these IT processes from a strategic level is a reflection of this trend.
In this role, Andrew will be responsible for developing procurement and asset management solutions for gen-i’s clients,
formulating strategies for client acquisition and also managing the Auckland and Wellington based procurement teams.

competencies of providing our clients with industry-leading, prompt, intelligent service, and ensuring their product

efficient delivery of IT products.”

Andrew has over 6 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to this role, he was Account Manager for Procurement,
where he worked with such clients as NZI and Ravensdown Fertiliser. Before joining gen-i, Andrew worked as a Technical
Analyst for the global telecommunications company, Xpedite International and he has also been Retail Sales Manager at PC
Direct where he managed a growing team of sales representatives.
