NORML Election Guide: Vote To Legalise!
The National Organisation for the Reform of Marijuana Laws has compiled a handy election guide designed to assist supporters of marijuana law reform to make an informed voting decision this Saturday.

At it's 1999 Annual General Meeting, NORML resolved to not promote any particular party over another, but to publicise the cannabis policies of all political parties, and this web page is part of that campaign. The guide is available in html or pdf formats, and includes an electorate map with endorsements for pro-law reform candidates (ie, those who support evidence-based cannabis policy)
"At present there are about 40 MPs who support some form of cannabis law reform. We need at least 61 in Parliament to pass legislation, and this guide is designed to promote candidates and parties who will take action to end cannabis prohibition," said NORML's spokesperson Chris Fowlie.
