The Green Party Co-leaders on being in government:
“It’s a change but we are very clear on who we are” – Marama Davidson
“This is a big transition for us going into government ..you are not going to please all the people all the time” – James Shaw
Marama Davidson told Q+A’s Corin Dann that, “social responsibility has always been a core charter value of the Green Party.”
James Shaw also told Corin Dann he gets, “really angry that my colleagues get death threats and rape threats. That makes me mad…. the fact is that Marama and Golriz are under constant sustained attack”.
