"Assuming he's telling the truth and did fill out his original application correctly, why didn’t he correct his living
situation when he received any of the annual letters (example attached) asking him to confirm his details?
"Why won't he waive his right to privacy so MSD can release all forms and correspondence relating to the affair? Only
then will we receive answers to the very basic questions Peters has failed to answer.
