Its the economy stupid
A poll being conducted on the Massey Birdwood Settlers website asks the question - Its Election Year - what will you
base your vote on?
Of the respondents to date 80% would base their vote on the economy and 20% on issues like health and education.
The Massey Birdwood Settlers Association is a resident and ratepayer group, formed in 1925 and covers Massey West and
East and Massey North in Auckland.
The resident and ratepayer groups boundaries are predominately covered by the new Upper Harbour electorate although
parts of the ratepayer groups boundary will also cover Te Atatu electorate.
Those wishing to take part in the online poll can do so by visiting http:// asseybirdwoodsettlers.org. The poll will remain open until the end of the month.
