This recent Supreme Court decision is arguably the most important in the last 20 years and overturns established jurisprudence. Does the RMA contain environmental bottom lines after all? Has overall balanced judgement had its day? What are the implications for coastal management?

Rob Enright, Partner, DLA Phillips Fox and Nicola de Wit, Solicitor, Environmental Defence Society will outline the arguments in the case and analyse the Supreme Court decision.
