Campaign to close the wage gap

Deborah was the Chair of the independent High Pay Commission in 2009, and is the former business editor of the Guardian.
Before that she worked at the Financial Times where she was news editor, and financial editor.
She has written extensively about pay and says the gap between high and low pay has continued to grow during the past 30
years.
