EGCC consultation - Consumer Guarantees Act Indemnity Disputes - closes 4 April
The EGCC Board is consulting on proposed amendments to the Scheme document.
The amendments would allow the Commissioner to consider Indemnity Disputes under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
The consultation period is from 24 March to 4 April 2014.
The consultation document, a marked-up version of the Scheme document, and the preferred form for submissions is on the current consultation page of the EGCC website.
It is expected any changes to the Scheme document will take effect from 17 June 2014.
