Police have released the name of the woman missing from her Dallington home since very early Tuesday morning. She is Joan Lorraine CATLOW aged 39, married with three children.
"We are still seeking sightings of her," says DSS David Harvey. "We have had some good response from the public but everything has to be followed up."
Mrs Catlow is described as Caucasian, of slim, small build with long dark hair. She was only wearing a blue satin nightdress, a maroon toweling robe and her feet were bare.
Her family say that her disappearance is out of character and this is not a pattern.
DSS Harvey says that foul play is not an issue at this stage.
"Our search to date has been concentrated in the Dallington area however we are now interested in sightings of a woman of this description anywhere over Christchurch, including the inner city."
