Grimshaw & Co’s partner Tim Rainey, is going to present to Hanover investors an unbiased appraisal of the pros and cons of Moratorium at the EUFA Hanover meeting this Sunday in Auckland. (Details below)
The current unrest surrounding Moratoriums is making investors very concerned and insecure and at investor meetings finance Companies present a slick and convincing delivery that ultimately doesn’t give people a choice.
The EUFAs Hanover meeting will hopefully give people information that will give them the confidence to either oppose or support a Moratorium.
Investors are angry that Hanover Directors would not meet with EUFA representatives prior to Hanovers proposal and an example of one email received from EUFA this morning states;
‘WE ARE TOTALLY SHOCKED TO HEAR THAT HANOVER ARE NOT WILLING TO SPEAK TO EUFA REGARDING THEIR PLANS OR IDEAS FOR A RESTRUCTURE. THIS IS NOT GOODS NEWS !!! WE ARE FEARING THAT HANOVER ARE PLANNING OR HAVE ALREADY PLANNED THE DESTRUCTION OF THE INVESTORS MONEY. WE HAVE SO MUCH TO LOSE AND THIS WOULD ABSOLUTELY KILL US. WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING URGENTLY !!’
This is the sentiment of many Hanover investors who are contacting EUFA.
