Law Commission releases draft report on Public Inquiries
The Law Commission has released a draft report setting out its proposals to reform the law relating to royal commissions and commissions of inquiry.
A copy of the publication is available on the Law Commission website http://www.lawcom.govt.nz.
The closing date for submissions on the draft report is 31 January 2008. Responses can be sent to the General Manager, Law Commission, PO Box 2590, Wellington, or by email to inquiriesproject@lawcom.govt.nz.
