Upper Hutt Crash Claims Two Lives

A second woman has died as a result of a crash involving a car and a truck on State Highway 2's River Road near Upper Hutt last Friday.
The driver of the car, Ms Lynne Frances Pain, 41, of Upper Hutt, was killed instantly in the crash which happened at 12.50pm on Friday, at the intersection of Moonshine Road and River Road.
Sergeant Rodger Hough, Upper Police, said Ms Pain's mother, Mrs Delores Pain, 76, of Upper Hutt, died in Wellington Hospital's intensive care unit on Saturday night.
